Exhaust system manufacturing
1. Design stage According to the product design and mold structure, the appropriate exhaust method, location, size, etc. are selected according to the exhaust volume and exhaust area. Computer injection molding simulation can be used to optimize the design of the exhaust system to ensure that the gas can be discharged smoothly.
2. Processing stage It is recommended to use CNC machine tools for precision machining of exhaust grooves. For complex exhaust grooves and exhaust holes, electrical discharge machining technology can be used to achieve high-precision machining.
