Plastic screen printing is a graphic printing process that transfers ink to the plastic surface through a screen template to form patterns, text or logos on plastic products.

The screen printing process is widely used in surface decoration and marking of plastic products due to its strong adaptability, low cost and long-lasting effect.

1. Use design software to create patterns or text to be printed and typeset them, which requires professional designers to complete.

2. Transfer the design pattern to the screen, which involves applying a photosensitive coating to the screen, and then fixing the pattern on the screen through exposure and development.

3. Clean the plastic surface to ensure it is dust-free and grease-free to improve the adhesion of the ink.

4. Place the screen on the plastic surface, scrape the ink across the screen with a scraper, and transfer the ink to the plastic through the openings in the screen.

5. Let the ink dry naturally or use drying equipment, such as a UV curing machine or oven to speed up the drying process.

1. Different types of plastics have different adhesion to ink, so you need to choose suitable ink and processing methods. For example, PP and PE plastics require electrical treatment or flame treatment to improve adhesion.

3. The temperature and humidity of the printing environment will affect the fluidity and drying speed of the ink, so a proper printing environment needs to be maintained.
