ABS plastic is a tough, hard material. The heat resistance of ABS plastic is similar to that of PP, but slightly higher than that of PP.

Polypropylene is a highly crystalline thermoplastic polymer with excellent comprehensive properties. When undyed, polypropylene is white and semi-transparent, lighter than polyethylene, has good electrical insulation and high-frequency insulation, and is not affected by humidity, but it becomes fragile at low temperatures and is prone to aging. Polypropylene has good chemical resistance, but it has poor heat resistance and is prone to softening at low temperatures.

ABS plastic and polypropylene PP plastic are both olefin products, but they are different in performance.

In actual injection molding applications, the choice of ABS and PP depends on the specific product requirements and application environment. ABS has better strength and heat resistance and is suitable for products requiring high strength and heat resistance; Polypropylene is more suitable for products requiring good chemical resistance and dimensional stability

The price of ABS plastic materials is generally higher than that of polypropylene plastic materials because the overall performance of ABS plastics is better than that of polypropylene plastics.
