A1:We are a plastic mold factory, injection molding manufacturer. our factory located in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province.

Q2:Could you make multi cavity injection mold ?

A2:Yes, we can, we have experience to make 64 cavities the mold, the mold is too big and complexed, our customers are very satisfied with our mold design and quality.

Q3:How many days will you take to make a mold ?

A3:Depend on the product structure, normally we just need 25~30 days to finish a mold.

Q4:I have a sample of plastic parts, copd you mass production it ?

A4:Yes, we usually make the mold and production the plastic parts according to customer's 3D drawing and physical sample.

Q5:How can I get the price for my design ?

A5:Send us 3D drawing and we will calculate the mold price for you within 24 hours.

Q6:What is the lead time for a new mold ?

A6:It all depends product design and complexity. Normally, the lead time is 25-35 days. If the molds are very simple and not big size, we can work out within 20 days.

Q7:I don't have a 3D drawing ,how should I start the new project ?

A7:You can send us a sample, we will help you to finish the 3D model design.

Q8:How should I know if the product fit my standard ?

A8: After the mold finished ,we will help you to test the mold for free and send sample for your confirmation ,if it is not good,we will fix the mold and send sample to get your approve again, until you satisfied with the sample quality.

Q9:I worry about the mold life, could you give quality guarantee for mold ?

A9:We know quality is the first important thing to customers, so we always use high standard mold materials to manufacture molds and do some heat treatment to increase mold life. If customers only need plastic parts, they can keep the molds in our company and we will take care of the molds and maintain them.
